Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- There are many The Little Gym stories that could be a favourite, however, I think the one that takes the top spot is the one where Ned was being 'helpful' in one of our Funny Bugs class. I was the Lobby person during this class, and went into the gym to help the team put the air track away after the group activity. I was rolling it up from one end, and Ned, thinking it would be helpful no doubt, jumped on the other end, catapulting me into the air, much to the amusement of the other instructors and children in the class! Laughs all round!

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- I have plenty of great stories about the gym and it's hard to choose but this one is on top of my list. I was teaching a Funny Bugs class when suddenly the music went funny, it went on,off,on, off and so on. Then I turned around and one of my Funny Bugs is sitting happily on the red mat and is playing with the remote control. Seeing his excited face with a huge smile was just priceless.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I got interested in sport at an early age as my parents were very active themselves. My brother and I have always enjoyed being active. We were very lucky to have the opportunity to experience all sorts of sports but gymnastics and dance were always my favourites.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- What I do in my free time depends on how I feel; it goes from relaxing with a book and sipping coffee to meeting friends, dancing, going for a run and travelling as much as possible!

What can't you live without?
- In terms of what I couldn't live without it would have to be my family and closest friends.

Where have you lived?
- In the past I have lived in Beroun in the Czech Republic (my hometown) until I was 18. Next I moved to Pilsen, Czech Republic where I went to university. Cambridge has been my second home since 2010 when I moved here and fell in love with the city.

Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- One of my favourite Little Gym stories is from Halloween week, we were telling the story of Peter and Paul. One of the teachers was Peter (I think Sejal) and we needed to find Paul (the big fit ball dressed as a pumpkin). With all the kids sitting in a circle, Peter comes and tells his story and asks for the children to help to find his friend. He goes and looks everywhere and when he gets to the store cupboard he looks and says Paul is not there (Paul was in there but not meant to be found yet!) -the cupboard door swung open by it self about three times and Sejal was trying to close it as quick as she could so the kids wouldn't see Paul. All the teachers were in tears from laughing so hard.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I don't really know how. I have been active since I was 5 years old. I have always played outside and loved to run around, I joined the school's football team and never looked back!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- In my free time I love eating!! haha. Besides that, going to the gym, listening to my favourite music and watching movies.

- The one thing I could not live without is the internet. The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is check my social media (before I get up!)

Where have you lived?
- I have lived most of my life in Angola-Luanda and Portugal-Lisbon as a second home; My family and I often traveled between the two, because we have houses in both places.

After I moved to cambridge I set up my own cheer team and began training for a year with an elite team near London to further my expertise.

How did you get interested in sports?
- I started gymnastics when I was just 7 years old, and trained seriously until the age of 15. My love for gymnastics was then rekindled when I joined a competitive cheerleading team at University, and I have been taking adult gym classes once a week ever since. I have always been an active person and get a little bit on edge if I haven't done exercise for a while... One of the reasons I love this job! It most certainly keeps us all on our toes!

What do you love to do in your free time?
- In my free time I am extremely creative and love anything that involves art, music and drama. I have recently started my own 'personalised' glass painting business, which I absolutely love as it allows me to be creative and experimental with my designs. I also play piano and am also doing a part time acting course at the moment.

What can't you live without?
- In terms of what I could not live without, Chocolate, Carbs and Cheese. When I'm having a bad day, a combination of these three beauties will turn everything around.

Where have you lived?
- I lived in Sheffield for 3 years whilst studying at university. During my time there I made the most of being young, gained some life long friends and created some of the best memories... along with getting a degree.
